Passport Bio Page
Scanned bio page of the passport showing the photograph and personal details.
Invitation Letter
Invitation letter from the conference organizers. Applicants may request this from the ICDCN 2027 organizing committee.
Political Clearance — MEA
Political clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Arranged by conference organizers — attendees do not apply separately.
Event Clearance — MHA
Event clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). Arranged by conference organizers — attendees do not apply separately.
