Camera-Ready Instructions

The camera-ready deadline for accepted full papers and short papers in ICDCN 2027 is October 20, 2026 (AoE). Please follow all four steps below carefully to ensure your paper is accepted for publication in the ACM Digital Library.

Regular Papers Maximum 10 pages (double-column ACM format, including figures, tables, and references)
Short Papers Maximum 5 pages (double-column ACM format, including figures, tables, and references)
Papers must strictly follow the prescribed ACM template and margins. Submissions that exceed the applicable page limit or alter the prescribed margins will not be accepted. Please carefully revise your paper to ensure compliance before submission.

Steps to Follow

1

Prepare Your Manuscript

Formatting & Content

Use the ACM proceedings templates, address the reviewers' comments, and include author details, keywords, and CCS concepts. Ensure readable figures, embedded fonts, and no page numbers. For short papers, preserve the core contribution and supporting evidence while condensing background and repetitive material.

Use official ACM proceedings template
Address all reviewer comments
Include author details, keywords, and CCS concepts
Ensure all figures are readable and fonts are embedded
Remove page numbers
Include ACM rights statement and bibliographic strip at bottom of first page, left column (see Step 2)
2

Complete the ACM eRights Form

Copyright & Rights — Must be done before Step 3

The contact author will receive an email from rightsreview@acm.org. Complete the form promptly, verify the title and author information, and incorporate the supplied rights statement and publication metadata into your manuscript. Contact the Publication Chairs before changing the accepted author list or order. You must submit this copyright form before submitting your camera-ready manuscript.

After completing the rights management form, authors will be emailed the correct rights management text and bibliographic strip to place within their paper. When the author incorporates the code block generated by the ACM e-Rights system, the correct ACM Rights Statement and the bibliographic strip will automatically appear in the paper.

We highly recommend that authors carefully check the title, authors, and email address in the e-Rights Form for accuracy. As the completed forms are a contract between ACM and the authors, correct information must be provided before ACM can publish the article.

Submit Through TAPS

Submission Portal

The designated corresponding author will receive the TAPS submission link through an invitation from tapsadmin@aptaracorp.awsapps.com. Please ensure that the corresponding author's email address provided in the ACM rights form is correct and monitored regularly to avoid missed communications and publication delays.

Upload the complete source package, including figures and bibliography, following the TAPS instructions. Resolve any processing errors, carefully review both PDF and HTML proofs, and approve the final versions by the camera-ready deadline.

Please check spam folders for the ACM rights-form and TAPS invitation emails, and allow sufficient time for processing and corrections before the deadline.
